Rachel Hylton, 26, has taken X-Factor and its 12 million viewers by storm. Her rise began when it was reported that she had five children by five different fathers. She had her first when she was just 13.

She has been addicted to crack cocaine and served two prison sentences, including one for burglary. But she hoped that her saving grace would be music and the church. And guess what, she might just get her wish.
